Frequently asked questions

Is this laser pointer legal?
Yes. Starlight lasers are true 1 mW class 2 laser pointers under EN 60825-1, the European standard. It is the only class that may be sold and used freely across Europe. Many marketplace pointers are stronger than labelled and therefore illegal.
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
A full battery lasts for days of normal use. Charge it with the included charger; an empty battery is full again in a few hours.
When will my order ship?
Ordered on a working day before 16:00, shipped the same day. You automatically receive a tracking code by e-mail.
Why is green more visible than red or violet?
The human eye is most sensitive to green light (532 nm). At the same output a green beam therefore looks up to 10x brighter than red or violet, also in daylight.
